From the ocassional misload of the site I would guess html but there seems to be a bit of JavaScript/or another code type I forgot the name of the works with animations, from the games.

I can make the codes and then she gotta approve them before they can be activated
But once theyre activated I cant modify them, but she can, so if theres something wrong with a code shes the only one who can fix it cause shes the Admin
