Btw you're saying you don't see anything but the in-progress thing so just helping a little. Look to your right, under the forum search thing, above the achievements. There's this button 'daily news management'. clicking that will take you to the page where you can create a new article or modify an existing one

VP doesn't like it at all but I've done it so many times that I am just used to doing a system where it won't mess up the format
