I'm going to point out that you can see the results of everything the designers work on. You don't always get to see that with the other teams because sometimes things don't work out. We may put a ton of work into something only to have it not work out. That's happened to me several times. Between that and constantly feeling unnappreciated by the VP community, it has become much easier for me to focus on collabs. We've been aiming to regroup in June/July. If it works out, it'll be really great.

It's very hurtful for you to imply that we're not working out buts off just because you can't see everything we do in the teams.

I think it should be mandatory to give the designers a part of the profit from creditset week. I think it's nasty that Kaj makes money and don't share it with those who is the reason that Kaj has a freaking income from VP..

I agree but you must agree with me, the impact Sol has on VP is unmatched untill now, so who knows what the future will bring

No one is required to agree with you. We're only required to accept the decision you've made. I'm very happy for Solovely, but that doesn't change how your singling her out makes me (and probably many other team members) feel.

also not to mention, a hella lot of team members slack off (:
maybe less now but there's definitely a gap in effort.

I still think that even if you cant see the work other teams doy its still there and still deserves to get rewarded just like designing.
I literally cant see the difference between drawing and researching for/ writing a new article or something, both is time consuming, needs concentration and needs some certain level of skill
