that might also have something to do with the fact that they wanna make sure they're an active part of the site besides the team aspect. they wouldn't want to recruit a team member for them to disappear after one month because they lost interest in the site

Yes I noticed that and I was surprised that you guys have way less competitions and articles. At the NT (I'm in the Dutch NT) we publish an article a day, same goes for the ET. But you do have about the same number of members?
personally i think we have more than enough competitions lmao
with outfits as prizes at least

i mean i was in ET and i was gr8 when I was in ET and I was literally the one person making sure ET didn't completely collapse. and now they don't want me back. like wtf. (yes i am butthurt about that)

but like there's always ppl in teams who don't pull their weight and they never get kicked out even though they should get kicked out.

Idk where you got that idea.
I can't speak for other teams but for ET and NT we gave everyone one a fair chance, pick the finalists from their written applications and out them into the next round.

We do look at behaviour though, we wouldn't want someone who constantly caused problems for everyone on the teams cause they'd probably cause problems for he team - but generally those people make fun of the teams and don't join so hey.

Umm....I used to be a part of the teams and when we had applications most of the people chosen were those who either had really nice apps or well-liked/known because they are capable. So in a sense it's pretty biased but not really? As those people have somewhat proven themselves to be capable.
