I think a big part of it has to do with the fact that they may not realize that there is a code to claim on this forum whereas it's fairly obvious when it's in a shout. 
true + i don't think ppl expected getting beautiful sets from codes for free after the sun sign comp ended!

I asked Rats specially for something to end the series with tbh. I thought it was a nice "parting" gift from the theme
