yeah exactly and that's great 
but shouldn't there be something to protect you too?  not just in terms of money/credits or whatever 
but a solid system where you're actually respected. where kaj actually cooperates and there is some professionalism 
no, it's not about the money but there are going to be difficult times where you loose track of your aim... and shouldn't the hard work you do actually be appreciated rather than discarded and taken for granted.
no, kaj doesn't appreciates his moderators. as long as there's money is the bank for his next holiday, who gives a fuck about moderators
