I mean I don't get why Jess isn't trustworthy enough for you to obtain more power. She's so fitted for the job. You don't need to give her all the access, but little bit more so she can actually be helping you. I know she helps alot as it is, but for most of us it doesn't feel enough.

how about actually hiring unbiased people who isnt VP user and teach them what they have to do here? you cant let just things be like this, its a mess and since youre "not involved to any of these servers", you should have professional help to get shit done if you have trust issues towards jess.

For real, I invest most of my time for VP in development and management. Also a lot of coordinating with Kim and now with the other admins.

Yes I will make some changes so she can do more. But we have other updates we are working on first.
