Schedules definitely help. As well as constant contact. If they can't reply within a couple of days at least, maybe they aren't right for the team.

First of all, I love the members there and they have like a really great team connection. Also they are allowed to give out some codes, and one of their forums yesterday reached 150 pages something like that lmao. Also like half of the team is online like the whole day as I am lol
