If I feel a certain team member is doing nothing (or really little) we will discuss that. Otherwise, measures will be taken. So far that hasn't happened luckily.

Why did you delete your account?

It might be true but trash talking and throwing shade doesn't help your case either. And whoever becomes Admin doesn't have much more authority than a mod, so quitting because of it is a bit exaggerated.

Oh sorry, completely overlooked the second question.

We have people set to write every day (each person gets their respective day. For example, I write every monday). If someone isn't able to post, we have a forum to post in and let everyone know. 
When we do group things, we set deadlines and talk about what everyone is writing about. 

It is the writers job to contact their layouter.
