- I'm not trying to shit talk. I was asked to share my experiences that ultimately stemmed into all this drama. It's not meant as shit talk, I'm just trying to share my side of where I think all of this is coming from

3. your personal lives have nothing to do with the situation at hand, so why did you bring them up aside from trying to win guilt points from people that were actually able to read it (because fuck my adhd i couldn't even get half of the story the first time i read this, i had to read it 5-6 times before i even understood what was going on)
- you already responded to my comment about it later in the post so I will refrain from retyping it again. But I honestly don't want to talk about my personal life but I felt like I had to due to the document.

and do you realize that these mods aren't getting paid or anything extra from this? they are literally volunteers. they didn't get official PR training or anything. they are always professional and always have to put that before anything else so they don't seem biased. they work 10x harder than you or any other normal member, especially with all this hate. and i hope u realize warnings aren't as public as bans or t/o's. 
Hypoxic has broken the rules or bordered on breaking them, I know Ali condoned things that were forbidden by the vp rules. Cherry-picking when one user received a much higher punishment than another while they were practically breaking the same rules. This happened to me when I was 'exposing' Kaj, this happened to Solitude and perhaps many more. 

They might be volunteers, but that's no excuse, at all.

I very much doubt that, I think only 4 out of 8 mods actually actively mod, the rest just pops in from time to time.
i feel like its not even 4/8 mods, it seems to be even less tbh.

Ya lol if solitudes document was a burn book then in that logic this is a burn book too. Emily and whoever helped with the document reported and documented what they believed was true and gave their feedback, just as the moderators are doing right now.

and yes, they talk about their personal problems, but that's!! not !! all !! they !! talk !! abt !!! did you take the time to read or are you skimming and just completely disregarding it all due to your biased opinions already? they addressed a LOT, more than i knew based off gossip. and when more mods start typing their responses, you guys can maybe think seriously about what problems you have and try to work together.
