right now, each layouter has about 5/6 layouts a month, but with more layouters there will be less of course. you should expect around one layout a week. how long in advance the layouter is told about the layout varies, but we're aiming for about 3-5 days in advance. sometimes, however, the request will be made on a shorter notice. hope that helped, and please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else :') @Nina

And do the layouts need to be approved by the team? Or once it's done, it's done and posted?

who's making which layouts each month is decided by a set schedule! thus, as a layouter, you will know what layouts you have to make and approx when they will be requested before the month starts. 

the layouter posts the layout in a channel in our discord server. usually, the layout is then all good to go, but sometimes the page manager who requested the layout might ask for some minor changes to be made

who's making which layouts each month is decided by a set schedule! thus, as a layouter, you will know what layouts you have to make and approx when they will be requested before the month starts.
