you seem to making these claims without proper evidence
and do you realize that these mods aren't getting paid or anything extra from this? they are literally volunteers. they didn't get official PR training or anything. they are always professional and always have to put that before anything else so they don't seem biased. they work 10x harder than you or any other normal member, especially with all this hate. and i hope u realize warnings aren't as public as bans or t/o's. 
Hypoxic has broken the rules or bordered on breaking them, I know Ali condoned things that were forbidden by the vp rules. Cherry-picking when one user received a much higher punishment than another while they were practically breaking the same rules. This happened to me when I was 'exposing' Kaj, this happened to Solitude and perhaps many more.

I very much doubt that, I think only 4 out of 8 mods actually actively mod, the rest just pops in from time to time.

you don't know what happens behind the scenes though? you really don't  know other than what you see on the forums and what to's they give and how long they're online

no one is full of hate.  personally i do not give a flying fuck about the mods personally, but how they handle their responsibilities is really unprofessional .  we're trying to work towards common ground but it's hard when people are getting fucking BANNED for expressing their opinions.  and maybe it's a "website full of pixels" but i know i enjoy my time on here (when shit like this isn't going down) and i would like to keep it that way .
