From personal experience (on other sites) moderating is time consuming but it's usually a little less than some would expect. I think it's fair to say you'd need to be able to set aside like 4-5 hours daily to devote to it ( that varies depending on the popularity of the site ). Slow days for me on certain places I only have to stick around for a few hours lol.
