If it ends up being the same thing they did before then we just ban. Same if you're continuing doing the same rules i'm not gonna sit and go through my two-three warnings you're just going back on TO

Would it ever be up for discussion the have certain things have shorter tier tho?
Im just thinking certain situations like this where a person tells someone to "Kys" i feel like is way more serious than lets say, bumping an old thread. 
I understand that people feel looked over when these 2 situations is compared. I understand that u discuss it now tho, but for future reference to maybe have a certain and more strict guideline for this kind of situation?
