It's possible with Google hangouts. You can use Google hangout to setup a livestream that broadcasts on youtube. It sounds complicated and takes a while to figure out. (Took me about 30 minutes) But it's actually pretty easy. 

Just tried it myself, actually streaming this wile typing LOL. There is a 30 second delay or so, but that should not matter. 
seriously??? !!! i'll look into it right away!! maybe we can do a test raffle in the near future just for fun then so we can see how it works out! gotta figure it out though heh

aaAH!! if you can do it, then i may be able to as well!!
