I remember they had 5-6 questions that required hard thinking and alot of writing ._. basically the amount you would type for an essay for the entire application.
So yeah :/ there were 2-3 discussions about that after the new mods were announced
And the thing is, for any app, they don't tell you what they didn't like about your answers so there's no way to improve your thinking ._.

I think that'd be a good idea though I can see how it'd be a lot of work for teams to do.

but even a little feedback would have been a consolation prize for the other applicants ;w;

Shortly before we decided to have applications and well before they went out, I messaged her privately and told her to chill with the tarrant stuff. When she applied, she had been doing very well without bothering her. We were wary but we didn't find it fair to keep her from the team because of a past behavior she had already stopped.

As for the favoritism thing, I didn't know anyone that got hired. We didn't become friends until weeks later. I had no idea relationship with anyone, unless you count the brief conversation about tarrant that I had with gingivitis.

i'd give you a thumbs up, but i still feel like there was a definite connection between the other mods and the new mods.

i had only spoken to eli like a few times before but we weren't close or anything, and i didn't know the other mods at all. not that i'm going to share it, but i still have my application saved on my laptop and to be honest i spent so long worrying and writing it i'm a little offended you might think i was accepted because they liked me more on a personal level, lol d:
