i mean technically they could have TO-ed her straight away without giving her a chance to change her username first. They could have handled the situation better by explaining how to change your name, but if someone breaks a rule, a TO is just a normal consequence.

I don't think she's upset about the punishment, yes it is a stupid name, its the fact that she asked for help and wasn't given it.

isn't there a thing that pops up for making an inappropriate username when joining? i don't remember but if so, they could try being stricter with username creation if horses was able to bypass that with a variation of the f word
