I think so too. I liked it but it's hard because "vintage" can be interpreted in so many ways!
For me it looks like the 60s outfit but mixed. Hippy(the wreath)+fashion(the short dress and platform shoes)

that's interesting because i definitely did not get a 60s vibe from it. i asked her about it, and she said it was like a 70s-90s look kind of a deal, which i can see. 
Umm... idk. of course each person has their own conception of fashion styles but I don't see the 70s or 90s:#

i find this conversation to be quite fascinating. i can only sort of see it as being a vintage look. it's more like my definition of an awesome modern day look. 
I'm not expert, of course. I can be guided by only that I've seen in fashion programs and old photos. If 60s, it's the mini dresses,  platform shoes, simple geometric forms. All this are on her except the coat it similar on the 90s. I like her outfits(vintage and gothic) anyway and voted for her both times)
