Well at least that heat was on me instead of someone who clings to grudges like the memory of their first child's face, because you definitely don't want to lose your cool working pr. I appreciate your humility, but it's just as frustrating for others when someone expects you to understand something they never explained to you. You were too fast to see my edit so pay no mind my reactive tone, but you seriously cannot expect everyone to read through five pages of a thread like this before posting. Maybe you guys could avoid another one of me by adding some information to the original post. Maybe you'd just get more whiners, but if you make that information available then that whining should at least be focused on disagreeing with that policy instead of "what is this and why is this happening"

not gonna pretend like i didn't throw any heat but you took on some social responsibility i didn't when you joined the team, so again i'm really glad you see that conduct doesn't go well with your position, because people who refuse to recognize any wrongdoing are the worst and don't learn from anything. you're working with people and those things are crazy, so i wish you luck and a pair of oven mitts. use them wisely

Yeah, I can see your point. I did not explain this well enough because it was just a matter of fact to get it announced and I'm sorry for the lack of information and I take blame for it, I will fix it the next time and think more thoroughly. Then again, this is the first time I have done anything like this, you can't expect people to be their best and know it all their first time. That's kind of hard. I appreciate your insight tho and will keep it in mind.

I am well aware of that, but even though I took on social responsibility, I am still as human as you, having my right to act, but I know I was too out of line just now. Only experience will make me grow and learn, also teach me how to adapt to this new surroundings I'm in. This certainly has been quite the experience, but somehow I appreciate it, better now than later. And thank you, I'll do my best not to get on anyones nerves in the future.
