I said from the beginning the only way to get them after the LE sale is with contests.

We will add no more this year! And maximum of 20 of each color to come to VP in 2018.

Back when they were in the shops they did not describe that powers they had until after they were all sold. Once we found out and people were upset Kim said she would buy them from us for the 500cr we paid.

I'm thinking those were just from the original 30.
