Regarding requested sets

Just a lil heads up about so rules that goes for coded stuff, based on recent incidents.

When you request a set from someone, youre a not obligated to get it. That means if its being used for a competition prize or anything code-related, you have to get it yourself by winning it or buying it or whatever.

When you request a design, especially from a badged designer, you need to be aware that Kaj and Miranda owns our designs and we can't decide what they do with them (unless we tell them its for codes)

So we can't make sure it gets in the shop for you to be able to get it, cause it can become whatever; manager items, DM sets, WoF, HoF, anything literally

In the case that a designer is designing items specifically for themselves where they only receive that item and no one else has the opportunity to acquire said item, what is being done about that? Is there any protocol to prevent that from happening?

i know for one of the situations is on me like it was my fault one of the times - but now there are official rules for them because of recent incidents, so it's more "punishable" now then before since there were no rules. i am more aware of not doing it again though so

It was never allowed. But we never had any rules written down for us, so it was an unwritten rule.
Sleepy gave a code away to the person who requested it because she was told it was ok to do that by some team member (not a designer Ive heard) but now she knows its not ok to do that

I know of a case where the designer themselves allowed for the person requesting a set/item to get said set/item. So I'm guessing that if the designer themselves says "yes" it should be allowed, with the agreement of the members involved holding the competition

That seems fair enough to me

Miranda said its not allowed so we have no say in that.
