As a standard procedure, you should all change your password for your own protection if you haven't changed your password for a long time. This also should be something you do for all sites you are apart of and email accounts as well. The general rule is don't share your password out to anyone. However I'm sure some of you have so be cautious of whom you let on your account.
Also be aware of where you log into any of your accounts: does it automatically save the password? Is it a public computer? Etc. These are all things that could result in why your account could be compromised.
IF YOU ARE HACKED AND YOU HAVE A SIDE, immediately ask a mod to check the IP address from a side. If the person whom has access to your account is a general user and they have a sloppy trail, they can see whom went on it and or where anything has gone missing has gone too.
IF YOU STILL HAVE ACCESS AND LOG IN BEFORE THIS IS DONE, the evidence would be gone since the data renews to your login. If the email has been changed and you can no longer access your own account, I strongly suggest you emailing any of the admins to double check what email is registered.
Sadly most of the security functions that mods have are very limiting so please be patient when they try their best.Â
