I think it's pretty useless. It doesn't really do much at all? Either remove it or fix so it comes to some kind of use. Otherwise, I don't see the point.
At first I thought the more % you got, the got more fans / pd if you get. But it doesn't seem like it?

There used to be more clothes in the shops for certain percentages in certain countries, but some were made unavailable when they took out items from the shops. 
It would be nice to have some others
