Spamming includes but is not limited to: more than two of the same posts in a row, more than one of the same topic, more than two messages in the shout, excessive posting in the chat lounge, consistent off topic responses to threads, and spreading chain letters.

Begging for popdollars and/or credits and.or clothes is not permitted. It is permitted to create a single thread asking for help, but mass messaging or spamming is not. 
For Example: Begging is a form of harassment if it's constant, if you message someone asking if they want to sell an item and they say no, there's no reason for you to ask them every day after that. That is begging and spamming and is against the rules.
