I hope Admin makes an apology. Definitely especially "Admin" is meant to be in charge of VP, thus making the rules.

I agree. She broke the rules. If she gets away with it, that will just send the message to the community that the rules don't matter and are allowed to be broken. That's what bothers me about it.
