you click on a user's name taking you to their profile, there you'll see their avatar. Underneath their avatar is location, money, personal message(pm), wardrobe(wd), and wish list(wl). if you click on wardrobe, it'll take you to a screen that looks just like your wardrobe, where you can create an outfit for them. In the bottom right, just outside the blue box is a "suggest look" button, by clicking this and pressing send(with or without a message) you can style someone.

(NOTE: some people have hidden wardrobes, so if you don't see it, don't worry)
