Ok first I just want to thank all of you who decided to vote for me on the first round - I can’t really thank you guys enough. Well, I guess I should make one of these admin candidate threads too since I’m one of the 8 ”chosen ones”. I want to keep this short and as easy as possible to read! 



But hi, I’m Adore! I’m 19 years old and live in Finland. Currently I’m in vocational school studying publishing and printing. My mother tongue is Finnish but I’ve been getting better and better in English over the past year because of VP. I've been on VP for over a year now (I came from Finnish gSm with a bunch of other players). I’d say that I’m pretty active here even though I go to school 5 days a week (I'm sitting on computer most of the school days btw). Most of my free time I’m just chilling at home!

So I’m answering a couple main questions here (I'll be answering to the rest on FT forum/other forums. Also feel free to send me more questions here or pm them to me!)

Why do you want to be an Admin for VP?
I've been waiting for a possibility like this - since I'm not on any of the teams and don't have anything else important to do here at VP. I really love this community and it’s a huge part of my life on a daily basis so I would love to do everything possible to keep it that way and make it even better! So I'm definitely willing to be the next admin.

What do you want to achieve on VP as Admin?
Safe community. Giving new and old users a nice user experience, safe and healthy environment to play and talk in! Of course I would love to help with creating updates and such but I’m pretty sure one of our former Admins said that that’s really not a part of the admin's job.

What skills do you bring to the table that would make you a better Admin than the others?
I’m always 100% motivated on everything I do. I have no problem working with different kind of people - and since being an Admin is mostly just being social with ”normal” users, team members and mods, I feel like that’s one of the greatest skills you could have. Just generally I love helping other people out in everything I can, that’s one of the skills of mine I’m always getting positive feedback.
Being unbiased isn’t an problem to me at all - if any of my friends are not following the rules, they will the punished like everybody else. Also one of the main things - we have a lot of Finnish users on this site nowadays, and it can be really problematic since mods don’t understand the language so it’s hard to them to do anything without getting a Finnish user to translate the conversations. Also one of the main things - even though i don’t speak Dutch, I don’t find it difficult to communicate with Kim.

"You see a thread within a record label called "Gore Porn" and click on it. The OP tells for everyone to post their favourite gore photos. You see pictures of bruised and scraped knees, fingers with dried blood on them and other fairly tame photos. You scroll down and see that someone has posted several images of fresh wounds. The next page has some VERY graphic images, and then someone posted some linkes rather than the photos because they are "too graphic for VP". You click on them, and it's a series of  images that make you feel sick to your stomach. You are shocked by what you have seen, and it looks like the RL moderators haven't had the chance to see this and handle this situation.

At this point in time, you have the Admin position. With the information given above, what  specific actions do you take? "

- I'm sorry this took so long to answer but here it is! Since the rules say very clearly that glorification of self harming isn't allowed - i would delete all those. When it comes to the graphic images/links - i would delete all of those since i'm pretty sure that only talking about on going stuff around the world that has some violent images etc. is allowed - not the pictures/adding links to pictures about them.

To be honest, i think that RL would break so many rules at the same time that I would just delete the whole thing.
