she doesn't involve herself in forums much it seems but maybe she does more behind the scenes stuff?

its really hard to tell how active someone is since you dont see the team forum, or know who is using the mod account... 
and also when i was a  mod, i used to always chat with the other mods when stuck with how to handle a situation.. so she could be involved by having a say in how to handle something but is obviously not the one locking the threads..

anyways maybe i'm being too forgiving!
no one likes an inactive team member so if she really isn't pulling her weight, i'm sure something will be done
