unfortunately you still can't link multiple sets without all of the items linking to the same set, but at least i figured out how to keep multiple items from linking to the same set.
instead of linking the set version of the image, you have to link the wardrobe version of the image.
for example, the first hair is properly linked, and copy/pasted straight from my wardrobe.
this second hair is linked improperly, and is copy/pasted from the set page:
while it may work here, if linked with other items it'll make all of those items link back to the set that the hair is from. it's not the best workaround, but i hope it can help at least a little!
