So this is my last topic for today hehe. Such a spam from us! So at this moment I'm on my own at this account, but two girls from the Dutch server will join me. They'll help me to guide the new team here and they can answer your questions as well. I haven't decided yet who's going to help me from them, because they're all willing to help and I can't pick them all hehe. I find it important to have more of you in our little team/group, so that's why this topic is for!
What is your job in our team?
~ You'll send messages at least once a week, so you need to have time for this.
~ You'll make a topic once in a while and it might be possible that we all donate to this account.
~ You'll make a blog once in a while, but together with someone else. If you can't make lay-outs, you can also write and someone else will make a layout!
~ You will answer questions about the team, but also answer messages from people. They could share their stories and you MUST be trusted!
~ You can't share someone elses story. You can't share anything what happens in our group app, in our label (which I have to make, but I don't have enough credits yet) and you can't share anything. You can only talk about TE things in the TE group. If you talk about TE things outside the group, you're out of the team. Trust is very important for us.
~ You'll need inspiration for this job, so don't quit after a month or something because it doesn't work out. You need to be very sure!

~ How old are you? (This isn't very important, but I don't want this to damage someone or something)
~ Tell me who you are. Like hobbies, qualities, what do you like to do, what are you good in, are you creative etc.
~ Are you a strong person? Can you handle a bad situation?
~ Give me a motivation why you'd like to be in this team.
~ Can you make layouts? (This isn't important, but it's good to know if you can for the blogs!)
Please don't just write the points with an answer behind it, send me a real story or letter thingy because I need to be convinced. I take this project very seriously because I'd like to work with youth later in my future as well, so this is a great start! I already love your enthousiasm and I hope it will still be there after you read this.
