This is a really really great guide! Is there a way to put it somewhere or a link to it so that it shows up right away for new people? Like maybe a sticky post in the "game" forum or something. It has a lot of good things in it and I don't know if new people will even know its there to look for it in the news feed (I didn't). 

..or even to sticky this thread once its completed so it stays at the top for new players?

Yeah absolutely! I can make a forum and sticky it with the link as well as any other helpful tips people have :)
