Adding the arms to a new DM set makes things even worse. People buying DM last week now either have to buy DM this week too, or they have to buy the arms from someone else (though you probably won't complain about making people buy DM to get something they should have gotten for free lmao).
Before, this could have been fixed quickly just by sending a code to DM accounts, but now if you want to fix it you have to remove the arms from the system, check who had DM before the update (if that's even possible), and then redistribute the code to the people that should have gotten it in the first place (and you'd probably still have backlash from the people that bought DM to get the arms to sell them to the people that couldn't afford DM this week).
At the very least, an apology or some sort of explaination as to what happened with the clothing mixup would be nice?
