otherwise, you have to do it one by one.

to sell a whole set, you click on the basket and then it'll have currency and things, on the drop down menu it'll say "separate item", click that and change it to "full set" 
in terms of trying to sell a whole set back to VP, I'm unsure - I've never tried it before. I imagine it's a similar process, if it's available.
