I know we have lovely ET, Designers, Moderators, NT, FT, and so one, and our beloved admin Shadowjess. But you people work for free, you are purely volunteers. And even tho Kaj take money for some content on the site, its 90% run by you, and not paid employees. I really don't think its fair, at all. He relies on free work, but still takes money for it... In my opinion, he should make the content 100% free, if he wants the site to be run only by volunteers, or else he should hire some god damn people to work on this site...

This site has so much potential, but in so many ways, its run in such an unprofessional way.... And he seems like to ignore the most people have to say, or let Shadowjess handle all his work.... Its really not fair, and really unprofessional.

Im sure most of us have GSM in mind, when i talk about having someone working for this site. And in my opinion, it worked better.

Try to imagine how well this site would do, if we had the creative volunteer workers and some actually full time PAID and professional employees (with an actually education...) Work together on this site? Some proffs to handle the practically stuff, and our team members to only focus on the creative and fun content.

But actually he has stated that most of the money he makes goes back into the site. Sure he makes a decent amount, but hiring professionals is expensive. He'd have to increase the cost of things to keep up with it. The site doesn't have enough users to provide a steady source of income.

As as far as he's told us, once the app is done he will be doing a lot of advertising and hoping to increase the population on vp. If he's successful, maybe in the future we can see those professionals.

well. im agreed bc it would make this site more better i guess, and im not because he is actually focusing on the app thing thats out in summer 2018 and its really big yes? anyways, he would do a lot of things in the future after the app is done. that's what he said..

You mods basically run the site... Without you, im sure there would be chaos, and no one would really use the site.

Im glad hes working on something for the site! But he should really not take that big of a risk.... Its a pretty big (and expensive) step to take. I think he should have worked his way up with the site, to make it the best version of itself, and then, when there's nothing more important to fix, work and put money into the app. Going from what VP is now, to make it an app, is a pretty big step to jump, and really risky when it comes to money... If this app don't work out, he probably have nothing back to put into the actually site.

i think that he regret not doing anything to a site for a long time, and for a big sorry he decided to create an app. but im really agreed with that^. if he would do a smaller things to this in first place vp will be a place for more players, and he will get more money so he can make app with any risk at all yeah!
