If your label owns a music academy, at the end of the day, everyday, the people in the label receives a pd share of the money earned through the music academy. The music academy earns pd when people take singing/dancing lessons in that country. The pd share you receive daily depends on the amount earned by the music academy for that day as well as the amount of members in the record label since it's split.
However, music academies are hard to maintain ownerships over as your label have to be active, thus saying there's no incomplete record label tours and there must be a record label tour each day. Or else you lose ownership.
I think five people have to contribute a 2000pd/2500pd share to buy the music academy? It's been awhile so my memory may not be super accurate.
