Could it be you got CR yesterday but did not claim it? Because there is a bug if you go online the next day before 24 hours after you spinned the cr you can not spin the wheel

I think that happens when you turn the wheel between midnight and 1am (I guess it's because of the timezone, if you have another timezone than the original game one). I had posted something about it on the forum bug part, but I never really got an answer.
