Accomplished your tour..already?

I then look and see that I am able to do another tour. now usually I don't get that message  saying I accomplished the tour until the NEXT day..and after I finish a tour I'm not able to do another until the next day as well. is this like a new thing now or because I'm a higher level..being able to do another tour?
