there are super rare items (for example which were raffled or given as a prize for the first 10 winners of a dress up comp) which has 10-20 ig and there are items you can buy from the shop with 100-200+ ig

yeah! ouch. I did my first in 12 minutes and got down to 60sec in two days so taking the time in the beginning really helped.
