Greetings and welcome to this brand new event!
The task is simple - simply write a poem inspired by one (or both) of the prize sets designed by Whydoiexist and submit it in this thread.
Addition: I have decided that I am willing to go over poems via private message should anyone feel uncomfortable posting their poem in the thread - write a message titled Poem Entry (or something similar) to the @EventTeam account and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure that your poem meets the requirements given below & you are guaranteed to receive the set as this is not a competition - everyone who participates with a valid entry will be rewarded!
Requirements:
Your poem must consist of at least two stanzas (verses)
Your poem must be min. 65 words long and max. 100 words long
Your poem must include 3 of the following words: wavy, pink, heart, collar, jewel
Your poem must draw clear inspiration from the prize outfits
You are completely free to write in whatever style you prefer - you do not have to get fancy and spend time coming up with rhymes or try to following a specific form if you do not want to. We will however not be accepting entries that feel half-hearted, overly rushed or anything that could be deemed "jokey" (no excessive profanity, no "filling" up the poem with random words -" pew pew pew pew pew" etc.)
Rules:
Only enter once and only do so from your main account
Your poem must be entirely written by yourself, no stealing!
Make sure that you highlight the 3 words that must be used in one way or another
If you quote another persons poem, then make sure you delete their poem in case they want to go back and make changes
If you do wish to make changes to your entry then make sure you delete your initial entry instead of editing the original one - this way we can make sure everyone met the deadline

I will try my very best to check the thread regularly to answer potential questions & go over the entries so that I can notify people if their poem won't be accepted. However, if you do enter close to the deadline then I can't ensure that I will be able to check and reach out before time is up (so please do check your word count and make sure everything checks out)
