Hi everyone,
Since sending a mass DM has proven to be a little bit too effective right now (whoops, sorry) I have decided to make a thread about the lag to keep you all updated.
Decode has been notified and knows about the situatioin, but probably cannot look into it before the weekend, unfortunately. This means we have to deal with the current situation just a little bit longer, but we are working on it.
If there's more to update you all on, I will post it here.
UPDATE 12-04:
The auction has been pushed to next week because of the lag.
UPDATE 13-04:
The rare auctions have been postponed to next week. Current bids remain.
UPDATE 14-04:
Etjen has asked someone else to look into it aswel, but so far they haven't found anything. I apologize for the fact this is taking so long.
UPDATE 16-04:
Decode is getting closer to figuring out the problem, which means closer to figuring out the solution. Please bear with us for a little while longer!
UPDATE 18-04:
I am postponing big 'events' like the cr auction, rare auctions and raffles until we know more and have a solution. I know this is less than ideal, but currently, doing these things would be unfair to everyone who is experiencing this lag. I hope you all understand!
UPDATE 20-04:
I have messaged Etjen again today, and I have some more information (kind of).
Apparently, during this week, he has connected Decode to a hardwarde developer from Sydney. They've been in contact and he has sent a detailed message to Decode explaining his views on the issue and suggesting possible solutings. We're now awaiting a message back from Decode about those suggestions, but due to the Easter weekend, this might take a little longer. Etjen is awaiting instructions for his part in solving this, and Decode (and SydneyDev?) will let him know once it is clear what the solution is.
