Hi everyone!

Since both Admins are stepping down, we are holding applications for the Admin position. As of now, we haven't yet 100% determined whether there will be one or two new Admins.

What are we looking for in an Admin?

- knows how to stay levelheaded during possible chaotic times
- good understanding of the English language
- good communication and leadership skills
- not afraid to have difficult conversations
- at least 18 years old

What can you expect from the role of Admin?

- Weekly tasks, like for example setting WOF/HOF/DM and rare auctions
- Monthly tasks, like for example MCM and raffles
- A lot of communicating with and rebuilding/reforming the different teams
- Communicating with both the Admins from NL and DE, Etjen and the developer
- Having a say in new updates for the website

What should your application include?

- Your username (*IMPORTANT: you will have to disclose your full legal name to Etjen if you get hired, for the contract)
- Your age
- Your timezone
- Your availability (-- hours/week)
- If you have experience, and if so, what that experience is
- A little bit about yourself (work, hobby's, personality)
- Why do you think you'd be a good Admin?
- Why do you want to be an Admin?

Q: Does 'full name' mean legal name, as stated on my ID/passport?
A: Yes, it does, as it involves a contract you'll have to sign. Edited; You only need to share your full name with Etjen later, if you get hired. If you have a preferred name you want to be called, please state so aswel in your application, as we find it important to call you by the right name!

Q: Will there be video- or voicechats?
A: We have had voicechats before, but it is not a requirement.
