After chatting with Etjen, we do have some good news: we are in discussions with a new developer! Getting the new developer access isn't straightforward, and the lag issues are likely being caused by handing over the reins to get them started working behind the scenes.

We have to wait out the lag a bit while the dust settles on current developments, but the priority is ensuring the site is running back as normal as soon as possible. We will get you more information as we have it.
