About you & your VP engagement How long have you been playing Virtual Popstar? Which site(s) are you active on (EN / NL / DE)? Have you been part of any teams in the past (designer, news, forum, CT, etc.)? Have you ever played an active role in organising events, discussions, or
projects on VP? Activity & availability How active are you currently? Realistically, how active could you be in this core team (per week)? Are you able / willing to use Discord for group chats and occasional calls? How you communicate Are you someone who can share your opinion in a non-confrontational way? Can you listen to other viewpoints and still help the group move forward,
even if you don’t fully agree? Your vision for Virtual Popstar Where do you see Virtual Popstar going in the next 1–3 years? What is your core ambition for VP as a game and community? How do you think we can: grow the site, attract new members, and keep current players engaged? Do you have any new ideas or a rough priority list (what should we focus on first)?
A few practical notes
We are only looking for a small number of people per site (probably around 2–3 per server). Together with the admins, that’s already quite a full group – we want it small
enough to actually make decisions and move forward. If I have follow-up questions after your PM, I’ll reach out to you directly.If you feel this fits you – you have time, ideas,and a vision for Virtual Popstar – I’d really love to hear from you.
