an app would be built to run vp within its own application and optimized for the device its running on + go through the hoops of being in ex. App Store for Apple devices

atp a more realistic option for vp would be a mobile version of the site or something that loads all site elements differently to be more optimized for a small+vertical screen, not a whole app
