Tbh, none of the aspects are even appealing apart from the item you receive which might not even be the one you wanted... 

If I was Kaj I would make the manager better by: 
- making it so your vehicle doesn't wear down 
- getting to pick the item(s) you would like
- Having an extra spin on the wheel of fortune. (Or, I thought of this a few nights ago, a box picking procedure. Eg: three boxes, pick one. Could be anything inside (cr, pd, items etc.) and there could be like really rare items in some of these boxes that only turn up in a few boxes or something) 
- Not having to purchase a bodyguard without your fans leaving you (or you get the bodyguard half off or something) 


This would be a start. 
 
+ I think instead of buying manager with credits, when you buy credits you get the manager. Because not everyone who buys credits will buy manager. 
It's easy to save up for manager as well, if you're into the gaming aspect anyway.
