When it starts you have to click the create entry or something like that and it sends you in your wardrobe where you have to create a look going with the theme chosen. Ex: Carnival, horror, magic, fantasy idk 
When you finish your look [you have 20 minutes if I'm not mistaken] you click submit FC entry and just wait for the time to lapse. Afterwards you'll get a mail that it's voting time and you'll have to vote for 2 entries [that are not yours] if you don't submit your look or vote by the time when it ends you are disqualified (: 

Idk how to explain this quickly enough so that you'll have time to submit your look and all (:

Oh, I thought you were participating so I wanted to explain it a little quicker haha XD If there's something you didn't understand just go ahead and tell me and I shall explain things again. 
Also, you don't need to keep your eyes on the timer because you'll get a message that: the fashion contest has started, that it's time to vote and that it ended and results are up. Just don't be afk for too long or you might not have time to submit your look. 
Happened to me once. I forgot about the fc and forgot to vote haha XD
