You are playing on the English server. We have many different time zones. UK will probably be the closest. 

For me it's 12:37PM. I just woke up an hour ago with a splitting migraine. I have 7 hours worth of work I must do since I was already paid to do such. My fiance and his friend are still sleeping and probably will be like this until around 2pm. So meh.
