To make it simple: it is basically just a writers/readers group. The members can submit stories and a few will be chosen to be feature in blogs each week. The person whose story gets feature will win a prize like pd, cr, or u/a.

Sounds stupid, I know, as people can just make their own blog and feature their own stories. I just thought it would be fun if everyone worked together or something. But it does sound kind of stupid now that I think about it, so that's why I'm asking to see if anyone would be interested.
