The prizes are given out at a certain time each week. For me, it's 5:00 p.m. on Sundays.

eastern usa is my timezone. and yeah, i know that they usually do get handed out on sundays because i got mine last week around a certain time and i kept checking at that time but i never got anything and still havent :0

i figured the site had glitched because the game item was still the same.

We are in the same time zone. You probably got kicked off without realizing it. Last week, all of the top things were really competitive. :/

Also, the game item never changes for me until Monday (so 12:00a.m.), so it wasn't a glitch. It just doesn't change until it's technically a new day for us.
