Go to games , and press battle overview.There you can type in the name of a user you want to challenge or you may receive a battle challenge from another player I think in a message which you can chose to either to reject or accept.I haven't done a battle in like over a year or so but I think it tells you what to do , you just have to do what it says before the other person does.I think (can't remember) it just asks you to perform in certain countries before your opponent does and if you do a concert in all the countries before the other opponent does you win.

There is currently no one in the public battle request list, so you'll have to contact someone and ask them to battle.
You'll be given a list of task to do in each country/city (perform in NY, do a dance rehearsal in Paris, etc.)
